Service Description
LIFT.upper Strong back. Solid frame. LIFT.upper is a coach-led, small group strength session focused on building serious upper body power and control. Each workout combines heavy muscle snatches with bodyweight movements like pull-ups, plus a variety of targeted accessory exercises designed to develop strength, stability, and balance across the entire upper body. There’s no set time limit—just a structured workout you show up to and complete at your own pace, with coaching every step of the way. Whether you're working toward your first pull-up or refining explosive lifts, LIFT.upper meets you where you are and pushes you forward. Turn up. Get it done. Leave stronger.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum Number Policy: ALL classes require a minimum of 4 participants in order to be instructor led. Any less and the session will be Un-coached. Cancellation Policy: 24 Hours notice is required to be given prior to cancellation of a session. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a non refund or loss of possible transfer of monies for re-scheduling the session. No refunds can be given for memberships once paid, however, we will honour the value from the effective date and until 30days afterwards.
