Service Description
DRIVE Run Hard. Lift Heavy. Build mental conditioning. DRIVE is a coach-led, small group training experience that combines threshold-paced running with heavy barbell deadlifts in a structured, self-paced format. Each session is a pre-set workout you complete on arrival—no start times, just focused work under expert guidance. Designed for all levels—from beginners to seasoned athletes—DRIVE uses just three tools: your legs, a barbell, and a plyo box. Expect to train in Zone 4 (your athletic threshold) while building a rock-solid posterior chain through progressive strength work and explosive movement. The goal? Simple: bulletproof your body, sharpen your engine, and leave stronger than you came.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum Number Policy: ALL classes require a minimum of 4 participants in order to be instructor led. Any less and the session will be Un-coached. Cancellation Policy: 24 Hours notice is required to be given prior to cancellation of a session. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a non refund or loss of possible transfer of monies for re-scheduling the session. No refunds can be given for memberships once paid, however, we will honour the value from the effective date and until 30days afterwards.
